Dr. Trebor Z. Evans serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and as a Senior Vice President (SVP) at Dollar Bank, FSB. Since opening in 1855, Dollar Bank has grown to become one of the largest mutual banks in the country, serving customers in western PA, northeast OH, the Hampton Roads region of VA, and southwestern MD. Dr. Evans securely enables Dollar Bank by managing risk in alignment with the company’s strategic goals. He leads the Bank’s Information Security Governance team and the Business Continuity Management team. In addition to his primary focus at Dollar Bank, he is also an adjunct professor for Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU.edu), where he teaches several courses including the capstone course for the Master of Science in Cyber Security. In 2024, Dr. Evans participated in the FBI CISO Academy in Quantico, VA. Dr. Evans’ 30+ years of IT and security experience present from a variety of roles across vertical industries including insurance, healthcare, education, and banking.
